Shipping / Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Yes we ship world wide, and for free!!
2. Where do you ship from?
Most of our items are manufactured and shipped from United States. Our shop's currency is in USD.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 2-7 business days before shipment. In most cases delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (linked to Paypal).
No 'mailed cash' or bank transfers, etc.
Sizing
1. What sizes are available for your clothing?
We offer different sizes for every piece of clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself/a garment you have. If there are none, let us know by email info@trader-style.com and we can get them to you!
Returns / Exchanges
1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. What items qualify for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
3. Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can change the size of an item.
